Directions: 
Wash and dry feet before use. 
remove socks from pouch and cut along line. 
place each foot into sock mask, use the tape included to wrap and seal around ankle. 
leave on for 20 minutes.
Remove and discard foot mask.
massage remaining cream into feet. Remove excess product with towel.
